Apparently you can also airfry vegetables. I've read about it but haven't really tried. This is my first experiment with it.

These brussels sprouts were bought frozen in the supermart. Fresh ones are just so expensive! I forgot to defrost them this time, so I just tossed them into the airfryer straight from the freezer.
Like the scallops in the previous post, I rubbed a bit of oil onto the sprouts and seasoned them lightly with black pepper. As they were not defrosted, I had to airfry them for nearly 10 minutes before the core got hot enough.
