No Fuss Airfry Sambal Stingray

Love sambal stingray? Don't know how to make one? Try air frying it instead of grilling!

What you need:
  • Stingray fillet - you can get them cheap at your local fishmonger
  • Sambal - sambal recipe here. Else you can just buy them premade in jars.

This is delicious

  • An airfryer!
What to do:
  1. Defrost the stingray fillet
  2. Cut out a suitable piece of aluminium foil and place the stingray in it
  3. Rub the fillet with sambal
  4. Wrap it up and keep it in the meat keeper for 3-4 hours
  5. When it's time to cook, heat up the airfryer at 200 deg
  6. Place the stingray in the aluminium foil inside the airfryer's basket, you may want to open the foil up a little. Don't wrap it up tightly.
  7. Set the timer to around 10 mins
Usually people will say flip it or stir it, but I'm too lazy, and also it tends to be a little wet, so I don't, and it always turns out fine anyway.
I take about 20 mins for the whole thing, 10 mins to prep and toss into the meat keeper for later, and 10 mins to airfry it. Simple!

Enjoy!
