Airfried prawns



This one didn't turn out all too well, but I'll probably experiment it for a while more. Following the success of the pork ribs, I thought of trying to incorporate cornstarch with more food in the airfryer.

My dream was crispy prawns like cereal prawns, but unfortunately it wasn't *that* crispy.


I didn't marinate the prawns, preferring to rely on their natural flavour. Coated them in cornstarch and brushed with oil after cutting the feelers.


 Again, I had too many prawns for the basket, so they were all piled up in the end.


Looks good eh!
8 minutes at 200 degrees.


Tasty, though not as crispy as I'd have liked.

Will try again though!
